Questions, answered

How do I get a scratch card?

Every Black Friday order ships with a real HerBloom scratch card, while the 2,000 cards last. List members shop first on November 27 at 6 AM your time — the earlier you order, the safer your card.

Does every card really win?

Yes. 3 Golden Tickets win a year of HerBloom (a free piece every month for 12 months), 20 cards win a free Bloom Legging, 40 cards win 50% off your next order, and every other card gives you 15% off your next order. Your reward is revealed under the silver — only on the card itself.

How do I claim my prize?

Email hello@try-herbloom.com from the address you used for your order, with your order number and a photo of your scratched card next to your packing slip. We check every claim against our shipping records, then send your reward or set up your free piece.

How do you keep it fair?

Every prize is matched to a real HerBloom Black Friday order. One claim per card, and each card can only be claimed once. Copied, altered, photographed-from-the-internet or resold cards are void. Claims close December 31, 2026 (January 31, 2027 for orders shipped outside the US).

Does joining cost anything?

Nothing. Joining is free, you can unsubscribe anytime, and we never share your details.

No purchase necessary to receive a scratch card. Official Rules — including the free method of entry, odds and full details — will be posted on this page before November 27, 2026. Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, 18+. Canadian winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim. Void where prohibited.
